Autographs
Last week, during the Disneyana Fan Club Convention, I had the opportunity to talk with Glen Keane and have him autograph a couple of postcards illustrating two of the many animated movies he has worked on :)

Happy Fourth of July
Happy Fourth of July. Today I give you, for your viewing pleasure, cards 0111 0590A-H, NT: #1066A-H, America on Parade. This parade ran at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland from June 1975 thru August 1976. Enjoy :)

Color Separations
Here's a treat for the serious Disneyland postcard collector. I was fortunate to acquire some of the color separation negatives Bob Plunkett, who also went by the name Angeleno Photo service, used to create the plates that went into printing the Art Corner cards; here are a few. Enjoy :)

Disney California Adventure
Earlier this week I decided to venture over to Disney California Adventure to check out Cars Land. They still had the postcards issued on the opening day, June 15, 2012.
But don't forget, if you're a collector, to get all four. They are pre-stamped and cancelled with four different Forever stamps; Equality, Freedom, Justice and Liberty. Enjoy :)

New Find
The Nickel Tour lists several 3D postcards but has an image of only one, that being Peter Pan. They list 0617 as being Mickey with birthday cake shown below.
I came across a variation of this card, shown below, not listed in The Nickel Tour and have given it the number 0617A.
It's a horizontal card focusing more on Mickey himself. Just like the other 3D cards, it measures approximately 5-5/8 x 4-1/16.

Sunday May 13th celebrated Disneyland's Fantasmic's 20th anniversary. Here are a few postcards from those earlier years.
